Return Policy

At Piroei, we prioritize adherence to our stringent quality standards in the production of all our products. Before shipping them out to you, each item undergoes quality control checks. Our products are meticulously crafted using natural materials, handmade techniques, and naturally dyed processes, which may result in slight variations in color and design. We believe these unique characteristics should be celebrated as the individuality of each piece, rather than perceived as defects.

We recognize that there may be situations where a return request is warranted, and we have outlined three specific cases in which we would accept such requests:

Unusable or Damaged in Transit:

If the product you receive is damaged during transit and becomes unusable, we will gladly accept a return request. Please email us at info@piroei.com with the subject line "Return request (Order Number)" within one week from the delivery date. In your email, kindly provide a detailed explanation of the issue and include relevant images showcasing the problem. The product images should depict the item in unused and unwashed, with all labels and hang tags still attached and intact. Our dedicated team will investigate your request and respond within 3 business days to coordinate the return process.

Wrong Product:

If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it. Simply send us the images of the product via email on info@piroei.com, and we'll take care of the rest. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will make it right as soon as possible.

Incorrect Sizing:

We understand that receiving the wrong size can be disappointing. If there are sizing issues, we will accept a return request. Please follow the same procedure as outlined above, emailing us at (info@piroei.com) with the subject line "Return request (Order Number)" and include relevant images of the issue. Once our team verifies the sizing discrepancy, we will work with you to facilitate the return.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any orders. If your email request for a return is approved, you will be required to ship the return to our office location. Upon receipt of the returned product with all tags attached, we will provide you with the option to exchange the item or receive a gift card. The gift card will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and will not include any delivery charges. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth return process.
